Canipe
has five reasons to be happy at Tri-County
Hudson,
North Carolina (July 10, 2009) - Dexter Canipe had a
really good reason to feel good after Baton Tire race night
Friday night at Tri-County Motor Speedway. Canipe won
his fifth Late Model Stock race of the season holding back
David Wilson for the win.

Brown, who won the season-opening race back in April, was
third. Tyler Brown finished fourth and Megan Reitenour
completed the top five.
Canipe also made it five wins
in the Limited Late Model race as well. Bill Cassavaugh
finished second with Waylon Flynn taking the last podium spot
in third. John
Reynolds, Jr. was fourth with Christian Pahud fifth.
In the Baton Tire Street Stock
division race, Charlie Watson became
the third consecutive
first-time winner in as many weeks in the competitive
division.
Jeff Banks finished second with
David Smith third and Mike Hatton fourth. Robert Divanna
completed the top five.
Dustin Walker won the Renegade
race with Mark Sullivan and Carroll McKinney completing the
top three.
Next Friday night, July 17, the
UARA Stars visit the speedway for a 150-lap race. Come out and
see some of the best Late Model Stock drivers from across the
