Speedway is a 4/10 mile banked asphalt track racing weekly on Friday night
as it has for most of it's existence. A NASCAR Home Track facility,
TCMS features Late Models as it's premier division and has been a proving
ground for many of today's rising talents.

Church
celebrates Halloween Havoc win Smith
wins Baton Tire Street Stock race
Hudson,
North Carolina (November 3, 2009) - Tyler
Church finished his season off in style last weekend at
Tri-County Motor Speedway.
Church took the
lead and held off Tom Pistone to win the rain-delayed Second
Annual Halloween Havoc Limited Late Model championship Sunday
afternoon.
Church,
who competes on a regular basis in the Limited division at
TCMS, picked up the historic win leading an impressive 25-car
field in the season-ending event at the track.
Mark
McIntosh followed Pistone for the podium finish in third with
Justin Sorrow and Christian Pahud completing the top five.
Jason
Cochrane was sixth with Tyler Brown seventh and Robert Johnson
Jr. eighth. Dominick Casola and Dennis
Trivette completed the top-10.
Jonathan
Smith held off Kevin Eby to win an entertaining Baton Tire
Street Stock division race as the second half of the
doubleheader afternoon. Marshall Sutton followed in third with
Jim Mayberry fourth and Robert Divanna fifth.
